🕒 Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Some evening and weekend hours are required.

🕒 Hybrid position with a minimum of 4 days a week in-office, as well as key meetings and events. Up to one day a week are permitted to work remotely.

Role Snapshot:

The Marketing Manager drives the creation, execution, and optimization of JA’s website, digital marketing campaigns and social media content to strengthen brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and deliver measurable results. This role partners closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Senior Marketing Manager, and external vendors/consultants to advance Junior Achievement’s mission and ensure sponsorship and marketing commitments are met with excellence.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the CRO and Senior Marketing Manager on the annual marketing plan, contributing to strategy, timelines, and execution.
  • Lead social media management: content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Create and schedule email marketing campaigns, analyze results, and optimize engagement.
  • Assist in the design of marketing collateral, graphics, and digital RSVP/registration links.
  • Capture and edit photo and video content for smaller events and campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized catalog of multimedia assets (photos, video, collateral) on SharePoint.
  • Ensure fulfillment of sponsor recognition and benefits according to contracts.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Furthermore, you will hold the following Supervisory responsibilities:

  • Manages relationships with external vendors, consultants, and creative partners.
  • Provides guidance and support to internal staff and interns engaged in marketing-related projects.

 


 

The craft and expertise you’ll bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital content management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn), including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and analytics, with experience using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Skilled in developing and managing email marketing campaigns (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or similar), including list management, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Experience maintaining and updating website content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent) for digital collateral, event materials, and promotional graphics.
  • Proven track record in managing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, graphic design, and event media production.
  • Demonstrated ability to create promotional schedules, execute sponsorship benefits, and deliver post-event recaps.
  • Hands-on experience in photo and video content creation for marketing and events plus capture/editing (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), with strong organizational skills for cataloging media assets (SharePoint or similar).
  • Experience designing and scheduling email campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing performance results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality content and event-related materials.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in promotional materials and sponsorship deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, sponsors, and external vendors.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer or during event production.
  • Ability to lift and carry event materials, such as signage, equipment, or promotional items, typically up to 25 lbs.
